✦ TIERS & PRICING ✦

My tiers are based primarily on the complexity and estimated time required to create your design.

€80 is the starting price for Tier 4. The final price may be higher depending on the complexity and estimated time required.I will always confirm the final price with you before your order is officially confirmed.

✦ PREMADE RECREATIONS — €60 ✦

Want one of my previously posted sets?You can request a recreation of one of my own premade designs for €60.Please provide the name, post, screenshot or link of the set you would like recreated.Premade recreation pricing only applies to my own previously posted designs.I do not offer exact recreations of another nail artist's work.If you send me another artist's set as inspiration, please tell me which elements, colours, techniques or overall mood you would like me to take inspiration from.

✦ CUSTOM ORDERS ✦

Custom orders are created specifically according to your request.You can provide:- inspiration pictures;
- moodboards;
- colour palettes;
- album covers;
- K-pop references;
- anime or game references;
- character references;
- specific motifs;
- charms or 3D elements you would like;
or simply an overall aesthetic you want me to interpret.I may use these references as inspiration rather than reproducing another artist's work exactly.I reserve the right to refuse a request that I cannot reasonably create, that requires unavailable materials, or that I do not feel comfortable producing.

POLICIES

✦ 50% DEPOSIT ✦

A 50% deposit is required for custom orders.The deposit corresponds to the first part of the total price of your set. The remaining 50%, together with the shipping costs, must be paid before your order is shipped.Because custom sets are made specifically for you, I begin working on your order after the deposit has been received.Please note that an acompte / deposit is a firm commitment from both parties, subject to applicable consumer rights and legal exceptions.If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.The treatment of the deposit in the event of cancellation will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation and the rights applicable to your order.

✦ SIZING ✦

Each set contains 10 nails.You are responsible for providing your sizing information correctly.Before ordering, please carefully follow my Sizing Guide.If photographs are requested, please make sure that:your hands are positioned exactly as shown in the guide;
the photographs are clear and well-lit;
the reference object used for sizing is fully visible;
all requested nails are visible;
the pictures are taken according to the instructions provided.I will use the information you provide to determine the appropriate nail sizes for your set.IMPORTANTPlease double-check your sizing information before submitting your order.If the wrong size is provided by you, or if the photographs/information provided are inaccurate, incomplete or unclear, MBLKNAILS cannot be held responsible for a sizing issue resulting from those incorrect or insufficient measurements.If you are unsure about your sizing, please contact me before placing your order.

✦ PRODUCTION TIME ✦

My current estimated production time is:2–4 weeksThis is the estimated time required to create your set and does not include shipping time.Production time may vary depending on:the complexity of your design;
the number of orders currently in my queue;
material availability;
the number of changes or clarifications needed;
unusually complex requests.Production starts once your order has been confirmed and your deposit has been received, provided that I have all the information necessary to make your set.If I am waiting for information or clarification from you, the production period may be paused until I receive what I need.

✦ SHIPPING ADDRESS ✦

Please make sure that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and correct.If an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you results in a failed delivery or the need for a new shipment, additional shipping costs may apply.This does not affect your legal rights where the delivery issue is attributable to MBLKNAILS or the carrier.

✦ DAMAGED / LOST PACKAGES✦

Please contact me as soon as possible if your package arrives damaged.If possible, take clear photographs of:the outside of the package;
the shipping label;
the damage;
the contents of the package.If a package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, you may also report this to the carrier.I will work with you to determine the appropriate solution.Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

✦ CANCELLATIONS ✦

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible.Because custom sets are made specifically for each customer, cancellation after production has started may not be possible without consequences for the deposit.Any cancellation will be handled according to the applicable legal rules and the circumstances of the order.Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.

✦ RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ✦

For distance purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day legal withdrawal period.However, this right does not apply to certain goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods, where the legal conditions for this exception are met.Because custom MBLKNAILS sets are made specifically according to your requested design, colours, decorations and other personalised characteristics, the legal withdrawal exception may apply to these orders.Custom ordersCustom-made sets are therefore generally not eligible for withdrawal simply because you changed your mind, where the legal exception applies.Premade setsDifferent rules may apply to non-personalised premade products. The applicable withdrawal information will be provided for the relevant product.IMPORTANTThe withdrawal exception does not remove your legal rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming products.If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or does not correspond to what was agreed, please contact me so I can assess the situation. ✦

Nothing in these policies limits the legal guarantees applicable to consumers.Where applicable, you retain your statutory rights concerning:lack of conformity;

alcohol wipe;
